WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a high-impact HR Business Partner based in Bermuda to support our international teams and partner directly with senior leaders across multiple jurisdictions. This is not a traditional HR administration role — it is an opportunity to shape culture, strengthen performance, and support the growth of a dynamic global organisation.


THE OPPORTUNITY

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees across Bermuda, the UK and Dubai, while collaborating closely with colleagues in the US and Philippines. You will play a central role in driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions, and delivering a best-in-class employee experience.

This role offers broad exposure across strategic HR partnering, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and global people operations.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategic HR Partnership

* Partner with business leaders to align People initiatives with commercial objectives.
* Provide proactive guidance on workforce planning, organisational design and talent development.
* Support leaders in building high-performing, engaged and inclusive teams.

Employee Experience & Operations

* Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes across jurisdictions, ensuring a seamless and professional employee experience.
* Act as a key point of contact for HR matters including policies, leave, benefits and employment documentation.
* Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within HRIS systems.

Performance & Talent Development

* Support the design and delivery of performance management processes, including goal setting and review cycles.
* Coordinate learning and professional development initiatives across regions.
* Contribute to talent development and succession planning conversations.

Compliance & Governance

* Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
* Coordinate compliance processes such as right-to-work verification, employment agreements and audit documentation.
* Support benefits administration and annual audit requirements in partnership with Finance.

Employee Relations

* Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes and terminations.
* Promote fair, consistent and legally compliant HR practices across all offices.

Culture & Engagement

* Lead employee engagement initiatives including surveys and action planning.
* Support global and local office events, including Bermuda-based activities and collaboration with London and Dubai offices.
* Champion programmes that strengthen Relm’s culture and values.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
* HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of employment practices and labour laws, particularly across international environments.
* Experience supporting multi-jurisdiction teams in a global organisation.
* Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity experience advantageous).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Sound judgement, discretion and ability to manage confidential matters.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Willingness to work flexibly across time zones when required.
