This position is Agile and office based to support team needs and visits complex patients in their homes.
Working Hours: Shift work required. Monday to Sunday service. AM shift 7-3, core 9-5, PM 11-7.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and prioritise own and others' workload and daily tasks, including planning and delegation related to service delivery.
* Act as manager for the team of clinical staff when required, which may include registered nurses and healthcare assistants.
* Organise team off-duty and annual leave, ensuring fairness and coverage.
* Complete and submit health rosters and e-expenses on time.
* Ensure organisational knowledge of trust protocols and procedures guides staff effectively.
* Handle minor grievances in accordance with trust policies.
* Maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.
Leadership:
* Exercise leadership skills, act as a role model, manage personal boundaries, and seek supervision regularly.
* Influence team development and foster productive working relationships.
* Promote integrated professional collaboration both within and outside the team.
* Support a positive team culture and manage conflicts effectively.
* Participate in working groups to develop service delivery protocols and guidelines.
* Engage in audit processes and align with clinical governance.
* Share knowledge through peer review and encourage professional development.
