The shift pattern for this post is rotational.
This is a fixed term post for 12 months working - 40 hours per week.
Senior Clinical Fellow
Clyde Orthopaedics has a trauma unit and also provides and elective services with Inverclyde Royal and the Vale of Leven hospitals. This post will provide excellent exposure to the whole range of adult orthopaedic practice, with an opportunity for a subspecialised focus in chosen areas.
Duties of the post
The SCF will work as part of the Orthopaedic Team undertaking inpatient and outpatient duties at a middle grade level. Brief outline of duties involved is shown below:
· Management of Elective & Trauma patients.
· On-call for Trauma
· Elective & Trauma Theatre duties as required.
· Orthopaedic Clinic & Fracture Clinic duties as required.
· Daily ward rounds.
· Participate in the Unit Educational Programme
