Job Overview
We are seeking a Residential Merchandiser to provide comprehensive merchandising services to our customers across the UK. This role involves maintaining close customer relations, managing product presentation, and supporting marketing initiatives within customer stores. It offers a dynamic work environment with a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Merchandise company products in stores according to planograms and meet deadlines.
2. Assemble displays, install marketing materials, and report on customer orders.
3. Handle competitor stock removal and ensure proper documentation.
4. Assist with trade shows, customer events, and conduct showroom visits for product presentation.
5. Perform product demonstrations and customer training in coordination with the Territory Sales Manager.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven customer-facing experience with influence skills and teamwork ability.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to build customer relationships and demonstrate commercial awareness.
* Understanding of retail merchandising strategies and brand commitment.
* Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
