A role you will love
This is a full end-to-end Project Management role, responsible for managing 2-3 projects simultaneously.
You will lead the planning, management, and delivery of IT change projects and IT workstreams within Loan Services Change initiatives.
Expect to manage complex technical project delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, adhering to corporate governance procedures, and oversee the delivery of IT solutions from third-party suppliers.
Some key responsibilities include:
* Upgrading end-of-life business and Microsoft applications.
* Prioritizing work that supports strategic, commercial, and technological needs.
* Promoting Agile practices to enhance reporting and early identification of uncertainties and blockers, supporting iterative benefit delivery.
* Utilizing project governance controls such as budget trackers and delivery forums to ensure consistent project execution.
* Supporting CLS UK in their projects.
What will you bring to the role?
You should be a versatile Project Manager experienced in various IT projects, comfortable handling multiple complex projects and conflicting priorities.
Key skills include:
* Proven IT project and implementation management experience.
* Experience delivering projects using traditional waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
* Strong planning skills with appropriate level of detail for the audience.
* Ability to influence and negotiate effectively both internally and externally.
