Responsibilities

* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
* Develop new menu items and contribute to seasonal specials based on market trends.
* Monitor kitchen performance, adjusting processes as necessary for continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Supervising experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
