Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Managers key responsibility is to play a leading role in the successful delivery of the organisations new homes sales programme ensuring that all homes are sold efficiently, compliantly, and in line with organisational targets. Youll be working closely with colleagues to ensure that every scheme is well-positioned for market success, from initial design input through to customer experience and sales completion. As part of a dynamic and professional Sales and Marketing management team, youll help lead high performance across the Sales department and have real influence on our growth ambitions, working collaboratively to achieve our sales and customer experience targets, build our reputation and secure new business opportunities.
What youll be doing
1. Lead and drive the delivery of the sales programme, ensuring targets are achieved across all new homes for sale.
2. Ensure effective sales and marketing strategies are implemented for homes delivered through the development programme.
3. Review new development opportunities, providing input on location,demand, plotting, house-type mix and values.
