2 Shifts • Part of a 24/7 Team • Community-Based Role
Our client requires another telecare response team and help people live safely and independently at home. They are looking for a compassionate, confident responder to work 15 hours per week across two shifts as part of their 24/7 service.
What you’ll do:
1. Answer and triage telecare calls from the service centre
2. Provide reassurance, advice, and coordinate the right response
3. Attend emergency home visits, including falls, welfare and “no response” calls
4. Use lifting equipment, deliver basic first aid, and work with emergency services
5. Install and troubleshoot telecare equipment
6. Keep accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

8. Empathetic, patient and customer-focused
9. Reliable, flexible and able to work within a rotating 24/7 service
10. Confident working alone and as part of a wider team
An enhanced DBS check is required along with a full manual driving licence
