We're now looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our growing Supply Chain Planning Product team, working in close partnership with our Replenishment (F&R) squad. In this role, you'll become the face of Replen, driving the systems and processes that ensure our products are in the right place at the right time — helping us maximise sales, serve our customers better, and operate efficiently across our network. What You'll Be Doing Take ownership of replenishment systems and ensure seamless stock movement into and around our network. Drive an automation-first approach, enabling smarter replenishment with minimal manual input. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to build flexible, future-ready replenishment technology. Lead the continuous improvement of our store replenishment product and scope solutions for non-store sites. Champion a customer-centric mindset in every feature and iteration. Work cross-functionally to shape a best-in-class end-to-end (E2E) replenishment system. Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements. Maintain and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing value, urgency, and development effort. Contribute to our long-term product strategy aligned with Holland & Barrett's 3-year vision. Strong experience working in cross-functional product teams, ideally within retail or supply chain. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to speak the language of tech and business. A solid understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to write clear, concise product tickets. Experience in replenishment, retail, or supply chain product management is highly desirable. A proactive, flexible mindset and a passion for delivering continuous improvement. Why Join Us?
