We are committed to supporting colleagues through organisational change. Priority will be given to staff at risk within North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board.,
* You will be the first point of contact for patients arriving to the Emergency Department.
* To ensure all patients are registered efficiently and accurately onto the Trust's IT systems.
* Deal with patient and relative enquiries in person and via the telephone.
* Maintain the Emergency Department patient record filing/scanning systems and make relevant follow up appointments.
* Ensure discharge summaries are raised in a timely fashion.
* Maintain the high standards of the Emergency Department reception areas.
* Assist in induction/orientation and training for new staff.
* Attend/complete Trust mandatory training sessions.
* Work well as part of a large administration team.
* You will provide administration services for both Departments and will need to be flexible and reliable.
