Learn more about what sets us apart here. About The Role Knight Frank Nigeria is seeking a technically skilled Plant & Machinery Valuer to join our Valuation team. You will be responsible for conducting valuations of industrial plant, machinery, and equipment for clients across diverse sectors. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate, compliant valuation reports suitable for financial reporting, insurance, and investment decisions. Key Responsibilities Conduct valuations of industrial plant, machinery, and equipment. Inspect assets on-site and assess operational condition and specifications. Prepare professional valuation reports in line with IVS, RICS, and regulatory standards. Advise clients on asset values, replacement costs, and investment decisions. Collaborate with internal teams and ensure quality control of valuation outputs. Person Specification 1st degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in plant & machinery valuation or industrial asset appraisal. Professional membership (e.g. COREN, NIESV, RICS) advantageous. Strong technical, analytical, and report-writing skills. Ability to inspect and assess industrial and commercial assets. Professional, client-focused, and detail-oriented.
