Customer Service Unit Advisor - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Ballymena Join the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Ballymena as a Customer Service Unit Advisor and provide a high-quality service to customers within a busy contact environment. 1. £13.69 per hour
2. Monday - Sunday
3. 40 hours per week variable
4. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
5. Duration: Temporary, ongoing
What you'll be doing this role:
6. Customer service queries via telephone, providing advice and guidance across a comprehensive range of housing services.
7. Handling follow-up calls, and working in partnership with other to ensure timely resolutions and exceptional service.
What you'll need in this role:
8. Hold a BTEC National Certificate or equivalent Professional or Technical qualification* (Level 3) plus at least one year’s relevant customer service or general administrative experience
9. Or have five GCSEs* (Level 2), or equivalent qualification, plus at least two years’ relevant customer service or general administrative experience
10. Or can demonstrate three years’ experience in a customer advisor role and can demonstrate ongoing learning through completion of relevant courses and/or through relevant supported work place or on-the-job training
11. Experience of direct delivery of relevant customer service to the public via telephone or face to face
12. Experience in dealing appropriately with customers in a challenging environment
13. Experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook etc.
14. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
