We are seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator for an expanding civil engineering business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Driving new business development across the company.
* Researching and identifying prospective clients and new market opportunities.
* Proactively engage with prospects to arrange introductory meetings.
* Attend client meetings and deliver professional, engaging presentations.
* Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing and nurturing relationships.
* Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
* Convert sales opportunities into confirmed orders.
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager on campaigns and marketing materials.
* Support and deliver targeted direct marketing initiatives.
* Attend networking events to promote the business and expand professional connections.
* Organise and attend client entertainment activities.
* Accurately maintain and update the CRM system.
* Provide ongoing support to the Director with regional and operational responsibilities.
Candidate Specification
* Proven background in Sales, Business Development or Client Relationship Coordination.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationship and identify new business opportunities.
* Valid UK Driving license and happy to travel for work.
* Works well on own initiative, target-driven and focused.
Working Environment & Hours
* Based in a modern, open-plan office environment.
* Standard office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, with an early finish at 4:30pm on Fridays.
