Reward Associate, EMEA - Permanent Position

The Team
The Reward team are responsible for the design, development, implementation, communication and on-going management of our compensation and benefit plans and policies and the EMEA HRIS (SuccessFactors). Their aim is to be the strategic partner for the delivery of reward solutions that'll drive performance and make Eisai a great place to work. As this affects all employees, the team makes sure plans stay competitive and align our people to our business strategy and direction. The Reward Team look after pay, bonus, recognition and benefits programs across the EMEA Region.
Your new role
The Reward Associate will be responsible for:
1. Managing the EMEA SuccessFactors and Reward inboxes, responding to queries in a timely manner
2. Support for the administration of bonus and salary review processes
3. Support in the maintenance of positions and pay structures within SuccessFactors
4. Holding system training sessions for employees as and when required
5. Creating and updating user guides for People Team and employees around SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc processes
6. Data checking, auditing and updating data within SuccessFactors
7. Administration of PeopleDoc – helping to develop templates for use within the People Team, system support and management
8. Support of all modules within SuccessFactors – Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Compensation
9. Creating, developing and support of reporting within SuccessFactors for the EMEA People teams and other departments as required
10. Updating, distributing and managing company organisational charts
11. Administration of Azure groups for Single Sign On – helping to support with IAS and IPS
12. Supporting the centrally administered benefit plans working with third party benefit providers on issues such as healthcare, dental, risk benefits and pension
13. Producing and updating benefits communications for the UK employee base
14. Presenting monthly benefit presentations for new joiners
15. Delivering input to reward surveys to establish and maintain up to date knowledge of external market conditions
16. Managing the annual benefit window process, including negotiating renewals with benefit providers
17. Support projects in the Reward, wider People Team and globally
18. Other duties as required of the role.
What are we looking for?
19. Graduate preferred but not essential
20. Eisai’s European corporate language is English, and the successful candidate must therefore be fluent in English, both written and spoken
21. The successful candidate will possess the personal presence, drive and capabilities to be viewed as a highly effective member of the Eisai EMEA People team
22. Experience providing systems administration and support within a professional or commercial environment in the UK, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
23. Experience of working in a matrix structure is preferred but not essential
24. Experience supporting operational colleagues on a wide range of issues
25. Experience of Supporting EMEA region countries

You will also be based out of our excellent EMEA Knowledge Centre (EKC) facility, which is our EU Headquarters, and offers an inclusive, and collaborative working environment.
