Experience and Qualifications Relevant practical experience in Fine Art, Sculpture, or Ceramics. Proven ability to safely operate and maintain electric kilns, pottery wheels, and glazing equipment. Strong skills in preparing and managing art materials (paints, inks, clay, media). Ability to assist students with practical techniques and ensure studio safety (ventilation, clean-up).
