About the role:
Protective Care Group is currently experiencing growth, and our field-based teams supporting young people are expanding. This is an exciting time to join us! Our Learning and Development department is dynamic and energetic, and we are looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to support our growth.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders across departments to ensure the success of our learning initiatives. Your role is crucial in empowering Support Workers, helping them gain skills and confidence to make a positive impact in the lives of the young people we care for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate schedules, venues, and materials for training sessions and delivery
* Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback
* Generate reports on training effectiveness and employee development progress
* Serve as a point of contact for learning and development inquiries
* Update LMS reports, training matrix, and file certificates to support compliance and audits
* Prepare onboarding packs for new hires and coordinate training modules
* Prioritize multiple tasks and administrative duties
Requirements: About you
We're an energetic, friendly team that values efficiency and timely delivery. Working well both independently and as part of a team is important. Prior admin experience is essential; experience with LMS or CRM systems is a bonus. Confidence, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to stay cool under pressure are key traits we value. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a positive attitude are crucial.
