Main Duties And Responsibilities
* Hotel inventory management including allotment management and the loading of stop sales in the inhouse system and client extranets
* Negotiation with suppliers for the supply of inventory and availability and special offers.
* Sale optimization and maximising sales avenues for room bookings by adjusting availability and prices based on seasonality, booking patterns and demand and supply
* Increase booking volumes and maximise revenue opportunities
* Data reporting using in house analysis tools related to supplier performance and specific metrics that many apply
* Problem solving on issues related with reservations and inventory management
* Loading of other content in the inhouse system and client extranets, including Non-Bookable Content and Health & Safety Management
Requirements
* Pleasant personality
* Computer literate
* Good communication in English (other languages would be considered an asset)
* Attention to detail
