Legal PA
Larbey Evans is partnering with their international law firm client to recruit a Legal PA to join their Cheltenham office on a permanent basis.

Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
\n
* Support Lawyers with marketing and BD activities
* Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
* Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
* Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
* Enter new contact information onto the CRM system
* Assist with BD pitches
* Assist Lawyers in the billing and credit control process

Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:
\n
* Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience within a law firm
* Fast, accurate typing skills
* Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
* Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
