Role: SVP HSL Sales - WNS Analytics – HPS

Reporting: Corporate Vice President – WNS Analytics
Job Responsibilities:
* New Business development: Driving business growth by actively pursuing new opportunities. Focus on acquiring new clients ('hunting').
* Account Farming: Nurture and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
* Upsell and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand analytics services within existing accounts by offering tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
* Account Retention: Proactively address client concerns, ensure exceptional service delivery, and manage issues effectively.
* Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving revenue and profit goals from existing accounts.
* Solutions: Create high-quality solutions to drive client opportunities. Understand client business and analytics strategy to develop proactive opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales, account management, and domain-specific teams to align strategies and share insights.
* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to provide insights to clients.
* Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, and report on performance.
* Engagement and Feedback: Engage with senior client leadership, ensure account governance, solicit feedback, and develop onsite team capabilities.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years in sales leadership, preferably in hi-tech professional services
* Proven record of exceeding sales targets
* Strong analytics background with data-driven sales strategies
* Leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams
* Knowledge of analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strategic thinker with business acumen
* Bachelor's in Business, Analytics, or related; MBA preferred
* Experience with CRM and sales analytics platforms
* Deep industry understanding of hi-tech professional services
* Willing to travel for client meetings and industry events
Additional Information:
* Proven sales and account management experience in similar roles
* Credibility with C-level executives in UK/EU hi-tech and professional services sectors
* Results-oriented with a focus on sales targets
* Background in HPS Sales and Analytics (Qualitative and Quantitative)
* Experience with analytics use cases in UK/EU HPS industry
* Knowledge of statistical analysis, data science, AI, and Agentic AI
