Job Description:

Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through highs and lows, and helping create pathways to become well-rounded adults. Our support workers enable young people to regain their childhood and celebrate small victories along the way.

Our homes serve young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best outcomes. Support workers find fulfillment in making positive impacts, no matter how small.

Get out what you put in

You'll care for young people daily, ensuring routines, helping with homework, completing paperwork, and planning activities. Evenings and weekends involve fun activities like gaming, sports, movies, or outings, making work engaging and meaningful. The role involves understanding each young person's needs and guiding them towards a positive future.

What we do for you

We offer a competitive salary and benefits, including:

* Base salary: £28,134 - £34,302
* Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep ins/month paid at £80 each, attendance allowance (£1,400), regional allowance (£2,000), welcome bonus (£1,000), loyalty bonus (£1,000)
* Training: 4-week induction on our Care Academy
* Holiday: 7 weeks’ holiday
* Progression: Opportunities for promotion and management training
* Flexible benefits: Adjust holiday, pension, life insurance
* Wellbeing: Employee assistance and wellbeing tools
* Medical cover: Reimbursements for opticians, dentists, and discounts
* Meals provided at work
* Facilities: Modern and comfortable working environments
* Refer-a-friend scheme: £1,000 bonus per successful referral

Bring your whole self to work. We celebrate diversity, and your attitude, honesty, empathy, resilience, and a full UK driving license are valued. If you lack a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, we support your studies. You’ll begin with a 4-week off-the-job training program to prepare you for supporting our young people.
