Customer Services Coordinator
Location: Knowsley Hourly Rate: £12-£16 Contract Type: TemporaryAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to provide short-term support to a leading manufacturing company during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth order processing.Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date records in ERP/CRM systems.
* Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
* Provide customers with updates on order status and resolve any issues promptly.
* Assist with administrative tasks and reporting for the customer service team.
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service or coordination, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industry.
* Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is desirable.
