About the role

As a Digital Product Owner at NFU Mutual, you will define and deliver transformational digital capabilities that benefit our customers and align with our business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Owner, you will lead the development of digital products, manage the product backlog, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives. Your role is pivotal in enhancing our digital proposition and customer experience.


Responsibilities

* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from inception to delivery.
* Prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party suppliers.
* Ensure delivery within budget, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Lead and motivate the scrum team to maximize efficiency.


About you

* Proven experience in digital product management and leading transformational projects.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Experience in team leadership and motivating cross-functional teams.
* Ability to create and socialize business cases and secure financial commitments.
