GSL Education are seeking a patient and dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs across schools in Dinnington (S25). What to Expect in This SEN TA Role:
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN.
* Assist with classroom activities and adapt tasks to meet individual learning needs.
* Support students with engagement, focus, and emotional regulation.
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to follow personalised learning plans.
* Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements for This SEN Teaching Assistant Role:
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
* Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Professional, reliable, and adaptable attitude.
* Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
