As a Receptionist you’ll be a face of the hotel, bringing a warm and friendly personality to work every day. You’ll be stepping into a busy role as part of a vibrant team, acting as an ambassador for the hotel and the first point of contact for guests. You’ll organise all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes while delivering the real 5-star treatment.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out while providing exceptional service.
* Coordinate guest needs and be a helpful point of contact for local guidance and recommendations.
* Maintain an organised front desk and ensure smooth operations during peak times.
