Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Kitchen Manager. The Production Kitchen Manager will oversee food preparation, manage cooking activities, ensure food quality, and handle food and beverage operations. This role is based in Bristol and involves leading a culinary team, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and managing inventory and supplies.
Qualifications
* Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
* Experience with Food & Beverage operations and Food Quality standards
* Competence in Culinary Management
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus
