Robert Half is partnering with a large, complex housing organisation in the West Midlands to appoint a Finance Business Partner.
This is a highly visible Finance Business Partner role, providing regular exposure to senior executives and an excellent platform for career progression. You will act as a trusted advisor to Executive Directors, delivering clear financial insight to influence strategic decision-making and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce management accounts, board-level reports and forecasts.
2. Partner closely with senior executives and budget holders, providing insight, challenge and commercial support.
3. Present and explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
4. Drive improvements in the quality of financial reporting, information and processes.
5. Maintain robust financial controls and compliance.
6. Deliver insightful financial analysis using Excel and related tools.
About You:
7. Finalist, newly qualified or qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
8. Strong experience in management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
9. Proven ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
10. Confident communicator with the ambition to develop into a senior finance leader.
11. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, pivot tables).
12. Proactive, commercially minded and development-focused.
This role will pay £40,000 - £47,000 per annum DOE, the client operates hybrid working with 3 days on site.
