They grow approximately 2800 hectares of vegetables and salad crops across Scotland. About the Role: As a Food Production Operative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the factory, preparing fresh produce from field to shelf. No previous experience in food processing is requiredfull training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Quality control of incoming fresh produce Grading and sizing produce Preparing produce by hand Working within the Core, Prep, and Ready to Eat production areas Weighing, labelling, and packing Stacking finished produce onto pallets Other responsibilities after training, such as using machinery and food-safe chemicals Staffing the production lines Ideal Candidate: Good hand-eye coordination Quality-focused with attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Reasonable physical capabilities are required due to the manual nature of the work Able to work in a cool environment Teamwork and a result-driven work ethic What can Taskmaster offer you?
