Technical Delivery
Implementation of Agility core practices to improve workflows and project delivery. Apply strong analytical thinking to identify key trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for technical and food-safety improvement across the retail network. Align technical initiatives with commercial objectives to deliver measurable business value. Maintain a deep understanding of industry developments and champion procedures and emerging technologies.
Food Safety & Compliance
Ensure robust food-safety standards across all retail operations. Oversee HACCP compliance, ensuring all sites meet mandatory requirements.
