We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a specialist primary SEN school in Barking & Dagenham, working with pupils with Autism and complex needs.
The school has a strong emphasis on personalised learning, communication, and preparing pupils for independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver structured and engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
* Support behaviour using positive strategies
* Work closely with support staff and therapists
* Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
* QTS
* Experience in SEN or a strong interest in the field
* Commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs
