PURCHASING MANAGER
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Manager to join the team at Accent Catering. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a key role responsible for overseeing the procurement of food and beverage products across our multi‑site contract catering business.
Working closely with the Sales, Operations, Culinary and Finance teams, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements and ensure cost‑effective purchasing while maintaining quality and continuity of supply across the business.
We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised individual with strong purchasing experience within the food service sector, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll be proactive, analytical and confident building strong relationships with both suppliers and colleagues throughout the business.

As our Purchasing Manager, you will be
* Negotiating supplier contracts, pricing and commercial agreements
* Managing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance
* Reviewing pricing and identifying cost‑saving opportunities
* Supporting Operations and Sales teams with purchasing information and client tenders
* Monitoring market trends and issuing regular buying updates
* Conducting supplier reviews and tender exercises
* Supporting compliance and purchasing best practice across the business
* Producing reports and supporting key business projects
What you will bring
* Proven experience in food and beverage buying within the Food Service sector (multi‑site preferred)
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills
* Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast paced environment
* Good communication and relationship building skills
* Ability to present information clearly and effectively
* Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving

SALARY
Salary £63K per annum plus bonus
HOURS
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
LOCATION
Based at our prestigious riverside offices in Staines‑upon‑Thames but will also involve occasional travel to visit suppliers and sites.
