Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service to all facility hire clients.
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the centre and its facilities.
* Manage the opening and closing procedures for all facility hire bookings and events.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and HR policies, including centre-specific processes and procedures.
* Set up and take down equipment for facility hire events, ensuring all equipment is safe and fit for purpose.
* Support the management team in promoting our facility hire services through events and targeted activities throughout the year.
* Work towards necessary qualifications, such as a Level 2 gym qualification, if required.
