Planning Co-Ordinator Jobs in Andover at Stannah Join Our Team!
Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Co-Ordinator to join our Planning Team, based in Andover with responsibility for supporting our national depot network.
This job will involve providing efficient planning and administrative support for the distribution, installation, and removal of new and reconditioned stairlifts across both local authority and private markets in the UK. You will work as part of a collaborative and customer-focused national team, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, installers, subcontractors, and local authorities.
As the Planning Coordinator, you will be contracted to work 37 hours per week across five days. You will also be scheduled to work one weekend in every eight weeks. Please note that additional weekend shifts may be required to cover staff absences due to sickness or annual leave.
These hours are between Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 20:00 and Saturday and Sunday 09:00 - 17:00. This role is a permanent contract.
On completion of your six month probation the salary will increase to £25,000.

To be successful as the Planning Co-Ordinator, it is essential that you have previous experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination roles, particularly in a customer service or logistics setting. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and database systems would be desirable.
Planning Co-Ordinator Responsibilities:
* Undertake all planning elements for allocated depot(s), including distribution, installation, and removals.
* Contact customers to schedule installations/removals, ensuring a caring and professional approach.
* Allocate jobs and update installers' schedules through internal systems.
* Notify local authorities of job bookings where required.
* Liaise with subcontractors and installation managers to ensure timely and complete job fulfilment.
Planning Co-Ordinator Requirements:
* Strong ability to plan, prioritise, and organise a varied workload.
* Excellent telephone manner and ability to listen to and support customers.
* Comfortable interpreting and reporting data accurately.
* Experience in problem-solving and decision-making within a service or logistics environment.
