We are recruiting two additional Employment Specialists to join our award‑winning service. This role will be community‑based, working with clients with severe and enduring mental health needs, using the evidence‑based model of Individual Placement and Support to support individuals into sustained paid employment.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with clients (managing a caseload) who have severe and enduring mental health needs to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences.
* Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach, providing person‑centered advice and guidance to clients while building positive relationships with local employers.
* Work with individuals and groups across Bradford District Care Trust in collaboration with health and social care professionals, Primary Care Networks, outside agencies and employers.
* Work directly with employers to secure employment opportunities and provide ongoing support according to service user and employer needs.
* Hold specific responsibility and autonomy for delivering contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within an allocated team.
