Residential Property Solicitor, 1 PQE – Cambridge – Due to growth this regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to deal with a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions. OVERVIEW: • A highly skilled Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive is highly sought after to join a growing and expanding residential property department in Cambridge. • As the selected Residential Property Lawyer you will be conducting a full and challenging caseload of residential property matters such as sales and purchases, transfer of equity, freehold and leasehold and also new builds. • Managing an existing caseload you will be acting on behalf of private residential clients and developers and be expected to play an active role in business development. • You will either be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with circa 1 years PQE in conducting your own caseload of residential property matters such as transfer of equity, sales and purchases, remortgages and also both freehold and leasehold matters. • This position would suit client focused individuals who are in need of a new challenge within a friendly and supportive environment. • The firm prides itself on the first-class service it provides to their clients across a range of matters including private client, family, personal injury, commercial property, employment and litigation. • On offer from the firm is a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package to include private health insurance, pension contribution, life assurance, discretionary bonus scheme.
