In this pivotal role, you will join a global FinTech organization specializing in empowering financial institutions with advanced Core Banking solutions. As an Enterprise Architect, you will provide expert advice throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial discovery to implementation. You will guide customers through adopting our client’s core banking system while aligning it with their future business needs. As an Enterprise Architect in Core Banking solutions, you will guide the customer journey from pre-sales to deployment, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and third-party fintech partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial solutions enterprise architecture, enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready core banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading large-scale technology transformations to deliver customer value through enterprise architecture evolution.
* Mapping current architecture and defining future state to support pre-sales activities.
* Understanding customer needs and developing roadmaps to enhance system value and solution design.
* Offering expert consultation on enterprise architecture throughout the customer lifecycle.
* Crafting strategies, optimizing operations, and developing deployment roadmaps for cloud and on-premises environments.
* Facilitating complex implementations, including third-party and cross-module integrations.
* Guiding modernization and optimization of core banking systems to improve performance, security, and scalability.
* Engaging with senior stakeholders, providing consultation and design feedback.
* Applying frameworks and tools to create blueprints and communicate architectural transformations.
* Supporting portfolio governance and lifecycle optimization initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Subject Matter Expert in SaaS Core Banking solutions.
* 15-20 years’ experience, with at least 7-9 years in enterprise architecture within fintech or banking/financial consulting firms.
* Deep understanding of Core Banking operations, business delivery, and consulting.
* Expertise in technology-driven business architecture patterns in banking/financial services.
* Extensive experience deploying cloud solutions.
* Proven ability to design adaptable, cost-effective architectural landscapes.
* Strong workshop design, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Business and commercial acumen with a proactive approach.
* Experience with security compliance, data integrity, and privacy regulations.
* Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal teams, balancing customer and company priorities.
