This is an extremely busy role, dealing with all manners of Employment Law, so you will carry a varied caseload, including, but not limited to: Unfair Dismissal Disciplinary Grievances Whistleblowing Discrimination Equal Pay Tribunal claims, including advocacy What you will have You must already be an experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE and have managed a caseload of your own. Must possess an in-depth and detailed knowledge of all aspects of Employment Law Must have experience of using a legal case management system Technically competent, meticulous with a wide range of client experience Ideally able to bring a strong following Minimum 3 years PQE
