My client is looking for an Account Director role for an Event/Engagement platform solution.
My client gives life sciences teams one solution to run their in-person and virtual engagements while capturing every interaction in their CRM. By making events easier to manage and measure, they help pharma organisation create better experiences for healthcare professionals, at a lower cost. Their solution turns complex congress engagements, webinars, standalone meetings, advisory boards and field-led meetings into meaningful connections that drive results for commercial and medical teams.
Location: Switzerland /UK/ Germany /France / Remote European Union.
About the Role:
The Account Director role reports directly to the Head of Sales with the objective to driving revenue growth within existing and brand new customers. As the account leader, you will be the primary point of contact for a number of key accounts with the EMEA region. You will identify and close expansion, upgrade and renewal opportunities, account retention and expansion plan execution, building relationships with key account stakeholders (engaging with new users, fostering trust-based relationships with champions and above event stakeholders).
Required Skills/Qualification (MUST HAVE)
* BA/MBA from a leading University.
* Deep knowledge of Events/Services
* Deep expertise in Life Sciences/Pharma
* Sales experience for more than 8 years in Events/Agency or CRM/Events SaaS software vendors (MUST HAVE).
* English and other European language a plus.
