Overview:
CNC Recruitment is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our prestigious client in Bridport area. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Jo type - temporary contract, 3-6 months
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic office equipment
- Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry and clerical duties
- Familiarity with Google Suite or QuickBooks is a plus
The right candidate will have a receptionist background, good IT skills and a polite and courteous, professional telephone manner.
