Your Mission
Design, implement, and support SAP BI solutions to drive data‑driven decision‑making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement high‑availability SAP BW/SAP Datasphere data models and reports.
* Maintain and monitor SAP BI applications (housekeeping, daily operations).
* Provide functional user support based on SLAs, KPIs, and ticketing systems.
* Contribute to BI strategy aligned with company goals.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
* Lead full‑lifecycle BI project implementations or workstreams.
* Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Business Consulting: Translate business needs into technical solutions, deliver user training and ongoing support, collaborate with internal IT and BPM teams, and provide expert guidance to users and stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree.
* Strong knowledge of SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
* Experience with SAP frontend tools (Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud).
* Bonus: Familiarity with Databricks.
* Agile mindset with a pragmatic approach to change.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel and adopt new technologies.
* Proven relationship and service level management skills.
