We’re excited to expand our Engineering division with Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Professional Development Programme for our 2026 intake, based in North Lanarkshire in the Scottish Framework. Our Civil Engineering specialists collaborate across a multi‑disciplinary environment to deliver design and build solutions for the water industry.

What will you be doing?

* Completing civil engineering design calculations
* Supporting the delivery of design and assessment in a multi‑disciplinary environment
* Preparing design risk assessments
* Maintaining files and records throughout the duration of contracts
* Carrying out surveys at site visits
* Producing clear and well‑presented reports, specifications, and other engineering documentation

What will I need to be considered?

* Have achieved or on track to achieve your degree in Civil Engineering
* Eligible to work in the UK (this role does not meet the minimum salary requirements for sponsorship)
* Have the ability to travel to the office and sites (some sites are difficult to access by public transport – a full UK driving licence preferred)
* Flexibility – successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites
* Great communication skills (written and verbal)
* Self‑motivated – attitude is key, it’s your career!
* A team‑player


What happens next?
