Commis Chef, One Devonshire Gardens, Glasgow — £12.30ph / 16 hour contract.
One Devonshire Gardens is set in a tree lined Victorian terrace in the fashionable West End of Glasgow. It is a step apart from the usual Hotel Du Vin standards and has an enviable reputation for service and style. It is a 3 AA Rosette restaurant where chefs have progressed to Michelin starred establishments. The menu includes a seasonally changing A la Carte, a 7 course Tasting Menu and an elegant Afternoon Tea.
You will be an enthusiastic and dedicated Commis Chef, joining our dynamic kitchen team to support the delivery of high-quality dishes and exceptional dining experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food, eager to learn, and ready to take the next step in their culinary career. You will be required to maintain standards of food hygiene and health and safety, and you will have the opportunity to work across all sections of the kitchen.
