An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-established Commercial Property business in Hull who are recruiting for a Graduate Surveyor to join their team. The business has seen significant growth since they were established, growing their residential, commercial and management lettings divisions significantly.
The Graduate Surveyor will report into the companies Chartered Surveyor and Partner with the following responsibilities:
* Assisting the commercial surveyors with their day-to-day duties
* Maintaining property inspection schedules, arranging annual and other inspections as necessary
* Experience will be gained in all aspects of property management including landlord & tenant matters and service charge accounts
* Database management and assisting in report writing
* Assist with organising repair and maintenance work, including liaising with tenants and contractors, arranging access, and checking that works are completed

To be the successful Graduate Surveyor you will have the following requirements:
* Ambitious and driven individual with a strong interest in property
* Are in possession of a property related university qualification (Ideally)
* Highly professional in character and demeanour, with good communication skills
* Attention to detail and conscientious
* Full clean driving licence
