Duties
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
* Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
* Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Conduct data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate databases.
* Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
* Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively.
* Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
* Bilingual candidates are preferred for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.
