What You’ll Need
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration
* Senior nursing experience, such as Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, or Deputy Nurse Manager
* Proven experience in nursing home and dementia care
* Strong track record managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk
* Experience contributing to service development or quality improvement initiatives
* Familiarity with electronic care planning systems

* Monitor standards of care delivered by nursing and care staff
* Support the Home Manager with policy implementation and operational objectives
* Oversee safeguarding concerns, clinical risk assessments, and investigations
* Ensure residents’ care plans are accurate, current, and reflective of need
* Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Contribute to staff development, supervision, and clinical guidance
