We're excited to partner with Onward Homes and support with the recruitment of a Tenancy Management Officer to join their Liverpool team, covering maternity until the end of September 2026. This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week on an agile basis (approx 70% neighbourhood/patch based) so a driving licence with access to your own vehicle and valid business insurance is essential.
Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver key tenancy and neighbourhood services, including efficient lettings, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining a visible presence within themunity
2. Maintain and improve neighbourhood standards through regular inspections, estate management, and appropriate enforcement where required
3. Manage service charges, including budget preparation, identifying renewals, and consulting and informing residents
4. Support the Ie team by carrying out arrears-related visits where necessary
5. Listen to customer feedback, encourage resident involvement, and make rmendations for service improvements
6. Respond to customer enquiries including face-to-face visits
7. Agree and implement neighbourhood management actions, monitor impact and suggest future improvements, and develop strong partnerships with local service providers
What you'll need to succeed
8. Experience in tenancy management, neighbourhood services, and estate management
9. Good understanding of social housing and tenancy management legislation, frameworks and best practice
10. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
11. Confidence working independently across neighbourhoods
