We are currently
looking for a passionate Painter and
Decorator, to join our Engineering basis,
with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments
and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that

As a Painter and Decorator, your main duties
and expectations for the role will include:

Conduct pre- and post-inspections of occupied and
vacant rooms and properties to assess the scope of internal and external
painting and decorating works required.
·
Identify decoration requirements and carry out the
most cost-effective and efficient preparation, repair, and application of
decorative finishes.
·
Complete a wide range of internal and external
painting and redecoration tasks to a high standard, ensuring a durable and
professional finish in both occupied and vacant properties.
·
Prepare surfaces and apply paints, stains,
lacquers, enamels, varnishes, metal coatings, fire-retardant products, and
other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment in line with
manufacturer guidelines.
·
Work flexibly across multiple properties and
locations in line with business needs and operational requirements.
You will be required to work 40 hours
per week, on a shift rota.
