Personal & Business Dispute Resolution Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Lincoln.

The Role:
To be successful in this role you will be a confident, proactive and structured individual who will be experienced in a broad range of litigation matters to include, but not limited to, the following: -
* To handle a mixed caseload of Civil Litigation matters to including both Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant, Consumer Law, Boundary Disputes and Contentious Probate matters.
* Proven ability to generate work and convert quotations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Generating new work and provide an ongoing service to existing clients.
* Develop and enhance the Personal and Business Dispute Resolution Department, maximising cross referrals across all offices and areas of the business.
* Produce fee income in line with targets and agreed objectives.
* Maintain and enhance up to date legal skills.
* Financial control regarding cash flow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures.
* Maintain accurate daily records of time spent on client and internal work.
* Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firms’ quality and risk procedures.
The successful candidate will also: -
* Be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
* Have experience of managing busy caseloads.
* Be able to undertake Advocacy.
* Have the ability to work autonomously while being part of a busy team.
Hours of Work: 09.00 – 17.15 – Monday to Friday (36.25 per week)
Based in Lincoln but to cover other offices as and when required
