What we’re looking for…
We seek inquisitive, challenge-ready, initiative-taking, and accountable individuals. Experience with various software and infrastructure, passion for quality improvement through questions and curiosity, and a desire to develop skills are essential.
What you’ll be doing…
1. Influencing and driving quality engineering best practices within a Cloud Platform team.
2. Collaborating as part of a small team to craft and deliver a QE strategy, promoting shift-left testing through DevSecOps.
3. Leading client and team delivery ceremonies and practices.
4. Contributing to strategic initiatives for growth and improved delivery.
5. Engaging with clients to understand needs, translate them into QE strategies, and advocate for quality.
6. Understanding test automation in a DevOps context to shift quality left.
7. Driving QE direction within the Cloud Platform team, including tooling and test code implementation.
8. Ensuring process and tooling consistency across teams.
9. Building trust with stakeholders and communicating effectively about quality risks and ideas.
10. Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
11. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement in quality practices.
Technical Skillset Required:
1. Experience in executing QAT strategies for large projects.
2. Leading a QE team in an AWS cloud environment.
3. Partnering with DevOps for implementing test pyramids aligned with CI/CD.
4. Expertise in Infrastructure as Code from a QE perspective.
5. Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes, focusing on quality principles.
6. Proficiency in writing high-quality, repeatable test code following DevSecOps best practices.
Desired Experience:
1. Experience working with AI in QAT activities.
2. Background in Data Science and Data Analytics.
