What we expect from you
Each JoJo store is unique, whether that’s trading over two floors, has a quirky layout, or is situated in interesting places. They have a life of their own. Our Unique Selling Point (USP) in this retail world is the relationship we build with our customers, many of whom are loyal to our brand and local store team. As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the face of JoJo, providing excellent customer care and service. You’ll guide, inform, and assist customers in choosing from our wide range of clothing and products, whether they are expectant parents, grandparents, or friends and family.
Our principles are rooted in our B Corp status, emphasizing ethical practices. As we transition into a digital retail environment, offering Omni-Channel customer service is essential to build loyalty. You will be responsible for preparing and shipping orders from our stores, including Ship from Store and Click and Collect options.
A day in the life includes:
* Assisting customers in diverse situations, such as bra fitting, discussing maternity wear, or demonstrating baby carriers.
* Preparing Omni-Channel orders.
* Liaising with customers via in-store or phone communication regarding orders.
* Using digital platforms for ongoing learning and skill development.
* Learning about new products to increase sales opportunities.
* Listening actively to customer needs to find the best solutions.
* Maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
A typical week would involve 4 x 4-hour shifts, with flexibility required based on store needs.

* Previous retail, customer service, and sales experience.
* Competent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

* Ability to work harmoniously within a small team.
* Flexibility to work in a retail environment open 7 days a week.
