Sous Chef – Luxury Hotel – £35k Per Annum – Barnstaple, Devon

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will need to be focused and have the ability to work as part of a team.

Set in Barnstaple, Devon, this restaurant is looking for a talented Sous Chef that can create exceptional dishes with the very best ingredients, and oversee the kitchen brigade working closely with the Head Chef.
The successful Sous Chef will ideally have;
6. Sound kitchen experience from a fine dining setting.
7. Fine Dining Experience.
8. Clear passion for the industry and food.
9. Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
10. Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
11. Dedicated and excellent team player and able to step up in the Head Chef’s absence.
12. Previous experience at Sous Chef level from a restaurant/Hotel background.
